ISLAMABAD: After the tape was released to the judge, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Omar Atta Bandial, on Wednesday challenged the authenticity of the tape and questioned its significance.

These statements were confirmed when Justice Yahya Afridi presided over two judges and heard the transfer request of Lahore Police Officer Ghulam Mahmood Dogar. In the session of the Supreme Court, the applicant filed an appeal due to his withdrawal.

He added that the Supreme Court will work tirelessly to protect this institution.

He said: "This tape that insults the constitutional institution has no meaning. We are patiently watching this tape quietly. We will protect the institution." He said that it is disappointing that the audio and video broadcasts make unsubstantiated and false accusations against the judge.

The attending physician said: Are these audio and video tapes valid?

At the beginning of the hearing, Dogar's lawyer, Obaid Zubari, told the court that he wanted to withdraw his objection.

Meanwhile, the lawyers of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) have informed the court that the election schedule for the Punjab elections has been submitted.

The ECP has the right to reform the bureaucracy to level the playing field," the lawyer said. ECP.

When will ECP Judge Yahya Afridi exercise this authority to issue surrender and transfer orders?

CJP Bandial said the ECP is using its powers to move officers to ensure transparency in elections. “It has been established that the Regent government is transferring personnel with the permission of the ECP.

"The KPU itself can order the transfer of personnel to the Provisional Government," JJP said.

He said in this session that if he wants to hold "general elections", the Supreme Court will intervene.

CJP Bandial also said that ECP has wide powers and all political parties should be given equal opportunity during elections.

The Chief Justice also said that the caretaker government should not be given a free pass to move ECP staff. He also said that the ECP should consult the caretaker government about such transfers.

Stating that the court's decision supports the constitutional system, he said: "Until now, JJP has not said that there is only one honorable prime minister."

The head of the judiciary said: The judiciary is in danger and the judiciary will defend it.
